All bookings at Miniville are non-refundable. However, you are able to reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the start of the session. Simply login to your Miniville account, or go to ‘reprogram’ at the bottom of your confirmation email and select a new date and time that is convenient for you. If you don’t know when you want to reschedule your appointment to, contact us at contact@miniville.ch and we will put your session on hold until you have found an alternative time to your liking. 

 

Unfortunately, we are not able to reschedule sessions later than 24 hours under any circumstance, including illness. However, you are welcome to change the name of your booking if you would like to give your tickets to a friend, simple email us to notify us of the change.
