How can I purchase a Miniville gift card and how does it work?

You can purchase a Miniville gift card for a value of your choice, and it can be used toward any Miniville play session. Gift cards are valid for one year and can be redeemed online or in person as a walk-in customer.There are two ways to purchase a Miniville gift card:In person: You can buy a gift card at any of our play sessions, where we will provide you with a physical card.Online: You can purchase a gift card online, which will be sent as an email code to you or directly to the recipient on a date of your choosing.Please note that while we can create digital gift cards on request, however, this service will not be available between Friday 19 December 2025 and Monday 5 January 2026.

How do I cancel or schedule my play session?

Accepted Answer

All bookings at Miniville are non-refundable. However, you are able to reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the start of the session.  Simply login to your Miniville account, and reschedule your session in ‘my bookings’ by selecting a new date and time that suits you. If you don’t know when you want to reschedule your appointment to, contact us at contact@miniville.ch and we will put your session on hold until you have found an alternative time to your liking.

How do I redeem a booking from a pack?

Accepted Answer

Purchasing a pack and booking a play session are two separate actions. Firstly, purchase your pack, which will then be credited to your customer account. After this you are able to book your play session as normal by clicking on ‘Book’ and choosing a location, date and time that suits you. Fill out the reservation form, indicating the correct number of children, at the bottom click ‘Pay now’ and  you will be given the opportunity to select your pack.

How does the family pack work?

The Family Pack is exclusively for families with two playing children. It gives access for two siblings accompanied by two adults. To book with your pack, follow the instruction under ‘How do I redeem a booking from a pack?’, ensuring you select two children.

I haven’t received a confirmation email, what do I do?

Accepted Answer

Check your spam folder to ensure your confirmation email as sometimes they can be misdirected.If you still can’t find your confirmation email, contact us at contact@miniville.ch to ensure your booking has been secured.

Question 6

Can I bring a baby with me?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you are welcome to bring a baby with you free of charge if they are accompanying an older, playing child. However, if your baby is aged 1 or above and they are playing in the playground, you will need to purchase an additional entrance ticket. Please note that supervision of children remains the responsibility of the parents.

What do I do if my child is ill?

If your child is ill, please respect the safety of all our visitors and do not bring them to your play session. You are able to reschedule the session up to 24 hours in advance or alternatively you can transfer your tickets to another name if you would like to give them to a friend. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds for illness.

What do I do if I’m running late?

Don’t worry, if you are running late your place will still be held for the entirety of the play session.

Can I bring an extra adult?

Accepted Answer

For single entrance tickets, two adults are able to accompany a playing child free of charge. If you have purchased a Family Pack, two adults are able to accompany two playing siblings. Due to the space and safety of the children, we are unable to welcome more adults into the session.

Question 10

What do I do if my child is sleeping?

Accepted Answer

If your child is sleeping, you are able to join us at any time within your play session. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds or rescheduling in this case.

Question 11

Can I give my tickets to a friend?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you change your mind about a booking or it is too late to reschedule, you are welcome to give your tickets to a friend. Please email us at contact@miniville.ch before the play session with the new name so we are aware.

Question 12

Do I have to prebook a play session?

Accepted Answer

No, you do not have to pre book your play session, although it is recommended. You are able to arrive before a session start time and book and pay at the location, however, please note that each play session has a limited amount of children, therefore we can not guarantee a place.

Can my child play on their own?

Accepted Answer

The supervision of the children is the responsibility of the parents and not the Miniville staff. Although we do our best to ensure the safety of our environment, we advise you stay with your child at all times.

Question 14

Is there a waiting room I can sit in?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, we do not have a waiting room available at either our Geneva or Signal de Bougy location. As the playground needs to be fully tidied between sessions, we are unable to allow visitors into the play and sitting area until the session start time.
