Your obligations

 

1.     Ensure you are, or have the permission of, the child’s parent or guardian.

 

2.     You are of 18 years of age or older.

 

3.     You are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

 

4.     You provide accurate information on the age of the child attending.

 

5.     You will be refused entry if you attend a session alone, without a child.

 

6.     Watch, and be responsible for, your child at all times throughout the play session, birthday party or private hire.

 

7.     Ensure that your child is using all equipment in a safe and appropriate manner and in accordance with any instructions given by the Miniville staff.

 

8.     Ensure that your child does not consume food or beverages near or whilst using the equipment. 

 

9.     Refrain from attending a play session if you or your child is unwell or showing signs of illness.

 

10.  Ensure that you and your child wears shoes throughout the play session.

 

11.  In case of injury or accidents, you will be responsible for any further action or medical care needed.

 

12. Miniville is not responsible for injuries caused by other's misconduct.

 

13. Ensure that any photographs taken throughout the session are for personal use and you have the consent of all persons who may feature in such photographs or videos (or, in the case of children, their parent(s), carer(s) or guardian(s)), is obtained prior to doing so.
